Every subscription includes regular grave maintenance according to the chosen schedule, professional cleaning of the gravestone, weed removal, care of the surroundings and a detailed photo report after every maintenance visit. All work is carried out by experienced professionals.
Yes, you can adjust your subscription at any time. You can upgrade to more intensive maintenance or add extra services. Downgrades are possible but take effect at the next renewal period.
After every maintenance visit you receive photos via WhatsApp and/or e-mail. The photos show the situation before and after the maintenance, so you can see exactly what work has been carried out and how the grave now looks.
No, all prices are transparent and include VAT. There are no hidden costs. Any extra services such as flowers or seasonal decoration are always discussed in advance and invoiced separately with your approval.
