Grave care is a professional service in which we take over the maintenance of graves from families. We regularly visit the cemetery to clean the grave, remove weeds, polish the gravestone and carry out general maintenance. After every maintenance visit you receive photos via WhatsApp or e-mail.

After your request, we usually schedule a first visit within 1 week. For emergencies such as storm damage or vandalism, we can often be on site within 2-3 working days.

Yes, we work at all cemeteries in Belgium, both municipal and private. We know the rules and procedures and ensure that all work is carried out according to the regulations.

In extreme weather conditions, we postpone the visit for the safety of our staff and schedule a new date. In light rain we simply carry on working.

Our prices depend on the type of grave and the maintenance frequency. Grave slab from €35/year, marble gravestone from €58/year, stone gravestone from €68/year. All prices include VAT. The most popular option is maintenance 4x per year.

No, we work completely transparently. The prices we communicate are the final prices including VAT. Only extra services that you explicitly request are billed separately.

Subscriptions are invoiced annually in advance, payable within 30 days by bank transfer. One-off services are invoiced afterwards.

Yes. A notice period of 1 month applies to changes and cancellations. Amounts already paid are not refunded, but the service continues until the end of the paid period.

Our standard grave maintenance includes removing weeds and leaves, cleaning the gravestone, cleaning inscriptions, brushing paths, removing wilted flowers, checking for damage and taking photos for the final report.

Absolutely! You can always let us know if there are certain things you would like extra attention for, such as leaving flowers in place, extra attention to particular elements or special cleaning around holidays.

Our bouquet service provides fresh or silk flowers on the grave, one-off or on a regular basis. Prices start from €25 per bouquet. We always send photos of the placed bouquet.

1x per year, 4x per year (quarterly, the most popular choice) and 6x per year. With every maintenance visit you receive a photo report.

After every maintenance visit we usually send photos the same day via WhatsApp, e-mail or both. The photos always contain before and after images.

Your satisfaction comes first. We handle complaints within 5 working days, we always come back to improve the work and in the event of serious problems we offer compensation.

Yes, we are fully insured for professional liability. Our staff are trained to work safely around fragile gravestones and decorations.

Yes. We offer a one-off cleaning (€30-55 depending on the grave type), a trial month at the monthly rate, or emergency service from €55.
